Position
You have a first-class degree in computer science, physics, or mathematics. You already have three to five years of prior job experience in managing small, flexible developer teams. You can develop data-driven and value-oriented products, work closely with our clients and bring ideas to life. There is nothing better for you than to continue writing code every day. And now you want to substantially develop your management skills in a professional environment. You have many years of experience in Java, Kotlin or JavaScript but you are also interested in C++, Machine Learning and functional languages such as Common Lisp, Clojure, and Haskell.
You like to solve challenging problems. You want to work in small teams together with other smart human beings. From project conception over development and testing to the final delivery, you are responsible for all software engineering phases within your project, your team, and your client.
You are keen to learn new things every day. You are honest and have a sense of humor. You are not looking for any kind of job. You are looking to make a difference with your ideas and your abilities.

Main requirements
- A first-class degree in computer science, physics, or mathematics or something related
- Three to five years of prior job experience
- Three to five years of experience in Java, Kotlin or JavaScript
