We cater both to licensed sailors looking to book a boat only, and to those with no sailing experience, interested in hiring a boat together with a captain and optional crew. Zizoo makes it easy for travellers to find the right boat by simplifying the selection and booking process.

Position

Zizoo is looking for a FullStack Developer has to be a JavaScript buff (PHP is a bonus), a data-driven motivated “machine” that turns Club Matte into code but always interested in taking his coding skills to the next level. 
 

Responsibilities

• As a member of Zizoo you get the chance to join in the development of new process and solutions. You will have the opportunity to realise your ideas and to shape your own way of working
• The team, you will be part of, develops mostly front-end code, but also simple BE middleware as well as interfacing with other teams such as marketing and product
• Daily communication within your team and other teams are crucial for your success and the progression of Zizoo

Your qualification

• Extensive experience as JavaScript Front End Engineer
• 3+ years production experience in working with React.js and Redux
• Experience with Node.js and ExpressJS
• Experience with RESTful Api
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (git)
• Familiarity with modern frontend build pipelines and tools
• Ability to work with modern libraries as well as homebrewed code
• Interest in the latest technology and understanding of the upgrade path required for implementation on production applications
• Solid knowledge of ES-Latest, Web Standards, Semantic HTML, CSS and SASS
• Experience working in an agile environment where we release multiple times a day, as well as working with feature branches
• Fluent in English

Will be a plus

• PHP Symfony Experience
• Graphql Knowledge
