Position

Popcorn is looking for a talented and passionate Tech Recruiter, who wants to leave their mark on the mobile gaming industry. This role is ideal if you are experienced in tech sourcing & recruiting and you are passionate about employer branding. Your role will be crucial in helping us to build strong tech and gaming teams. In order to be successful you should be ambitious, a good multitasker, and eager to constantly learn and improve your knowledge about the tech industry. In turn, we will provide you with everything you need within our dynamic and employee-centric company structure to enable a successful talent search and recruiting process. You will work closely with the Founders and Head of Talent Acquisition, whilst showing full responsibility and ownership of your project - you drive the talent game!

What will you do

• Own the recruitment process and all aspects of the candidate experience - sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing - whilst providing a great candidate experience and maintaining deadlines
• Work closely with hiring managers, in order to understand hiring needs on a technical as well as cultural level
• Leverage your networks to find, attract and engage the best tech and product talent
• Conduct research to map out talent within target companies and markets
• Create different ways to develop a healthy pipeline of relevant talent through talent mapping, sourcing campaigns and referral hunts
• Strive for constant improvement, e.g. by challenging and optimizing our sourcing process, increasing efficiency of the recruiting process
• Analyze and report recruitment data and KPIs to improve recruitment process and recruiting decisions
• Build and maintain strong employer branding through online and offline activities

Your qualification

• A very good track record in end-to-end recruitment in the tech industry
• A process-driven and metric-driven mindset; in order to continuously improve sourcing and recruiting efforts
• Staying up-to-date with technologies related to engineering, data science and analytics for specifying role requirements
• Experience building a strong recruitment pipeline, working on multiple roles simultaneously and managing hiring manager requirements
• Excellent communication and listening skills that demonstrate you are not only a great talent finder but an equally strong recruiter
• Continuous interest in expanding your knowledge about the tech industry
• High level of self-motivation and ability to work in a fast paced environment
• High sense of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Full professional fluency in English
