Position

About the role:

The Business Information Systems department is very young. Its mission is to establish best in class end-to-end automated business processes in an integrated business information system landscape that enables data-driven decision making. Improve the present ecosystem now while you actively shape our future. Salesforce and a complete Business Intelligence infrastructure are only the beginning. We’ll be looking at ERP systems, Contract Management systems, Billing, deeper integration of Salesforce in the landscape etc next. We’re bold and driving change.

Your responsibilities: 

• You will be responsible for business information system (BIS) architecture at Uberall and will ensure the complete system landscape is steered and under control
• You are responsible that our BIS landscape evolves in line with our BIS strategy and is balanced by the short term and long term business needs -  You will take an active role in shaping our BIS Roadmap. 
• You are going to identify and fully understand business needs raised by stakeholders, leveraging own knowledge of the business, industry and technology 
• You will work closely with stakeholders to help them clearly identify their business requirements and will design solutions for business needs based on strategy, cost, required integration and/or adaptation of existing or new systems 
• If needed, you will prepare complete RFPs, shortlist selections, and resulting decision-making proposals - translate business needs into technical requirements
• You are going to execute against strategy while maintaining a positive collaborative relationship with  various stakeholders 
• You will mitigate resource and priority conflicts, in particular for short term business needs in a solution-oriented manner 

Your profile:

• You show superb analytical skills and a love for systems and data, combined with excellent communication skills in English and you are able to adapt your communication style to your audience and seamlessly change between technical and business
• You have extensive experience with information systems and their levers regarding operational excellence in action, extensive Salesforce Lighting capabilities are an absolute must as well as solution architect experience in CRMs
• You can keep the high-level perspective and dive into the details when needed, a very strong business background, speak the business and tech language and know about the pain points and best practices 
• You are able to pick the best solution for the business need, not the most technically interesting, but as well being able to bring innovative new ideas to the table   
• You show positive interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain cooperative, courteous working relationships with others
• You have solid project and time management skills and work well independently and in a team
• Ideally, you have SAAS business experience, certifications in Salesforce and experience in change management
