Podium North is a service company based in Tallinn, Estonia. We create websites for media and performance marketing. For websites, we provide a wide range of services like technical development, SEO, visual design, engaging content.
As Development Team Lead, you guide multiple developers and multiple projects. You interface with all departments and stakeholders as you ensure the success of your projects and the development team as a whole. You are responsible for the success of your reports and achieve it by mentoring, challenging and supporting them.
You consider the impact of your decisions across multiple teams and connected systems, and proactively solve problems before they occur, while advancing strategic initiatives and company goals.
You lead technical decision-making with support from other technical leads and Senior Software Developers, lead initiatives and meetings within the team and outside it and motivate and empower your teammates and reports to achieve a higher level of performance.
As Development Team Lead, you are responsible for the success of multiple projects which may consist of collaborating with several team members across various disciplines.

Podium North OÜ is a publishing service company based in Tallinn, Estonia and founded in 2015.
We create webpages for media and affiliate sites. For websites, we provide technical development, visual design, engaging content. We manage communities and social media for our partners. We have around 35 people in our international team, some work from Tallinn and some work at other countries. We are operating in Finnish, Japanese, and Baltics markets.
