Position
We are looking for a talented & goal-oriented PHP Developer to join an established but growing business. You have strong technical background to develop the core functionality of our products in development unit in Estonia.

General Responsibilities:
- We need you to take initiative at improving our products by monitoring and ensuring high quality on both designs and the code
- Determine business requirements in cooperation with relevant stakeholders
- Create user stories and give time estimations
- Implement tests and business logic in PHP
- Optimize application performance
Your qualification
- You should have at least 3 years of experience with object oriented software development (PHP/Python/Ruby)
- Advanced knowledge in at least one MVC framework (Symfony/Zend/CakePHP, etc.)
- Experienced with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB/CouchDB)
- General knowledge of web interface development (HTML, CSS, jQuery)
- Ability to document processes by using UML
- Good knowledge of using code repository (Git)
- Familiar with agile development (Scrum or Kanban)
- A desire to own the assignment from beginning to end while meeting the goals and objectives within assigned time frames
- Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision
- Ability to learn new concepts and technologies quickly
- Excellent interpersonal and English language skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
