Our global footprint

Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?
In Global IT, we have a strong team focusing on our R&D areas. You will be part of a Global IT team of Project Managers and Solution Architects, working closely with the R&D business stakeholders.
Your contribution will be key in ensuring that our R&D processes are supported by Global IT systems that meet business and IT requirements as well as security and compliance standards. In this role you will work with driving IT project implementations, change management, vendor management, maturation of IT investment proposals and a lot of other interesting and challenging assignments.
Your future team
R&D IT Solutions is a part of Business IT Delivery in Global IT. Our office location is Valby in the Copenhagen area. You will join our team who takes pride in delivering high-quality IT implementations to the R&D organization. As our new IT Project Manager, you will join a team focused on supporting the business. We are working in projects that aim at making Lundbeck #1 in brain health. We are enthusiastic about what we do but we also take time to have fun together.
What you bring to the team
Our projects differ in type, size, complexity, and duration. You might therefore be responsible for one or more projects and/or pre-projects at the same time. Flexibility in this role is key and change readiness is a prerequisite.
The project deliverables and thereby the responsibility of the Project Manager can include upgrades of existing applications, new infrastructure, implementation of new systems, integrations, process optimization, change management or a combination of it all.
You will work as an individual being responsible for your own projects but will also be part of a cross functional Project Management community where sparring, support and sharing of experiences is important and part of our culture.

You have a solid knowledge about the project management discipline and at least 3-4 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
