Position
Are you an experienced Developer, looking to transform global healthcare through new and innovative digital solutions? Do you want to shape and implement modern technology helping to address some of the biggest business opportunities we have in Novo Nordisk? Look no further.
We are looking for Developers at different seniorities who will help us shape, develop and implement digital solutions and addressing some of the most significant business opportunities we have in Novo Nordisk.
You will be joining a cross-functional scrum team typically consisting of a Product Owner, Product Designer, Scrum Master, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and other Front-end Developers. As Developer, your typically responsibilities are to:
- Develop web applications, ensuring the use of data-driven decisions supported by knowledge and experience in the organisation
- Build value-driving and innovative digital solutions from the ground up using cloud technologies as well as write maintainable and proper tested code
- Explore modern technologies and tools to apply during the development of these solutions and experiment, test, try, fail, and learn all the time!
As a technology choice, we have dual cloud strategy using both Microsoft Azure and AWS (Amazon Web Services) and are passionate about building full end-to-end digital solutions using CI/CD pipelines.
Your qualification
As an ideal candidate, you have a bachelor's or master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or another relevant field. On top of that you have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience and can tick off most of the following competencies:
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience within broad software development
- Exceptional capabilities using HTML, CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), JavaScript and React
- Knowledge of Redux, React Query, Automated testing, or TypeScript
- Experience with Docker, Azure AD/JWT or CI/CD
- Experience with Azure DevOps or SSL certificate handling
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js or Angular
