Position
Linkfire is looking for a full-time CloudOps Engineer, with a specific focus on mastering cloud services for continuous integration and agile release management.
You will join a company with roots and heart in music. We’re a team of 90+ developers, engineers, product managers, and more, drawn from every corner of the globe. The common denominator?

Responsibilities
The Role:
As CloudOps Engineer you will be a vital part of our Product & Tech team. We believe you to be a true problem-solver who will be in the driver's seat of our cloud operations and journey to master it.
Your mission will be to scale our cloud, monitoring and maintaining, deploying and managing a growing platform/product. We believe that you think about security all the time and take the responsibility for implementing all security measures by deploying a robust and secure infrastructure according to best practices.
We help you relocate or work remotely. We believe that the best talent can come from anywhere. That’s why we offer remote flexibility for most roles, and also help with paid visa and relocation packages.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain high available cloud operations in AWS
- Build and maintain highly efficient Kubernetes clusters
- Build and maintain secure self-hosted solutions
- Ensure compliance best practices are followed
- Be on-call for emergency incidents and work towards improving site reliability
- Continuously monitor the security design of the infrastructure and the deployment architecture of the product and look for possible attacks from new threats
- Be on high alert to monitor the hosted service which enables our customers to route their network traffic swiftly and efficiently
- Be an evangelist who supports and educates fellow colleagues in utilising cloud at Linkfire
Your qualification
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, and Packer
- Experience in hosting and deploying containerised applications
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines including tests, building and deploying
- Experience with monitoring systems and services such as Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Graylog, ELK stack, Newrelic, Datadog, Pingdom, Cloudwatch etc.
- Familiar with Jenkins and or Github actions
- Familiar with some or more of our technology stack including but not limited to, Elastic, HAProxy, Nginx, Kafka, Cassandra, Druid, Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, Grafana, Logstash, Kibana
- Experienced with AWS Services such as RDS, EKS, ECR, Route53, VPC, Cloudwatch, SQS, ELB/ALB etc.
