At eye4talent, talent development in sports is our passion and our nerve. We strive to evangelize this agenda using our platform for talent development. We empower players, coaches, scouts and managers to cooperate in one single platform, which enables players to become more responsible for their own development.

We’ve build the foundation of something big with an intriguing mix of Apps, Web and BI and potentially Machine Learning. We use CI/CD with frequent releases and runs everything in the cloud.

Position

Young football talents are running around trying their best to become the next Lionel Messi or Christian Eriksen. They no longer have to rely only on what the coach shouts on the training pitch.

Eye4talent provides IT means to facilitate the players to take responsibility for their own development and we inhale the spirit sprawling out of the youngsters’ eyes when they realise the boost they get. This drives our passion and commitment to do what we do. And we’re good at it. Here, you’ll find morning geeks and night owls being cool and responsible when structuring their time.

Your qualification

Our users run our Apps to be close to where the action develops. But the massive amount of data and analysis collected by our platform requires an exponential website. We need an experienced web developer, proficient in javascript, reactjs, css and the tools that go along. And don’t be afraid of helping us selecting the best tools to achieve our goals. Can you even lead our frontend development and drive mentoring of junior developers, this is the place! We expect you to have a good experience in Git, Gitflow, CI and CD.
