Custimy.io is the most accessible all-in-one Customer Data Platform software for small and medium-sized B2C E-commerce businesses.
We enable you to customise personalisation similar to enterprises through our Customer Data Platform. E-commerce is struggling to combine the forces behind personalisation which is consolidating, processing and analysing customer data to activate personalisation. The process of getting the right insights, the right segments is complex, technical and requires an entire infrastructure in place! WE take that hurdle out of the equation by giving you Custimy.io. Our CDP software automatically collects, centralises, consolidates and analyse customer, product and marketing data from multiple tools leaving valuable, actionable customer insights ready for personalisation. Imagine automatic insights & customer segments at hand based on readiness-to-buy, profitability, product preferences or even close-to-churn. You can now engage, communicate, convert or reactivate customers in all cycles leaving higher Customer-lifetime-value, more loyalty, higher conversions, more frequency of purchases and in the end more Return-on-investment and profitability.
Position
You will become an integral part of shaping our DevOps team focused on bridging everything from Development and Data Analytics to Operations and SecOps. You will be working in a task-force dedicated to accelerating and optimizing our state-of-the-art AWS based infrastructure to always stay ahead of the curve.
- Maintaining and developing our application deployment and data infrastructure
- Optimizing and creating new data integrations
- Creating internal processes for our development pipeline and system maintenance
- Ensuring a high level of security, scalability and availability in every corner of our product
- Work across all teams and departments to ensure the technical perspective
- Work in close collaboration with our Technical Lead and Strategy Team to create solid DevOps strategies

Your qualification
You are a seasoned DevOps professional and enthusiast, who is ready to become a part of an exciting journey where the sky’s the limit. You have previously been responsible for ensuring the quality and availability of a system, and you are always looking to automate and optimize every aspect of an ecosystem.
You meet several of following requirements
- Solid experience with Docker and Docker Compose
- Experience with Python scripting, data integrations and authentication flows
- Experience with CI/CD and specifically GitLab CI
- Solid experience with package managers such as NPM and PyPI
- Good knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code and specifically Terraform
- Experience working with Amazon Web Services such as IAM, S3, Aurora, Lambda, Glue and more
- Experience working with Kubernetes and kOps
- Self-driven, responsible and confident working with a high degree of freedom
- Great at attaining knowledge independently and having an eye for the bigger picture
- Good overall communication skills. Great in English, both written and verbal
- Comfortable collaborating and working remotely
