Position
Are you a good C# software developer who wants to build solutions in the cloud?
3Shape is a privately owned world leading technology company headquartered in Copenhagen. Our aim is to lead digital dentistry in the global market creating value for our customers and improving the lives of patients like you and me. We are investing heavily in technology, growth, and our people.
We are now looking for additional colleagues in the Cloud Solutions department in Denmark, which is currently consisting of 12 colleagues in Denmark and 11 colleagues in Ukraine.
The position
We are looking for a senior C# developer with a solid educational and software development background who thrives in dynamic environments and can easily connect with others.
We are building cloud-based solutions using RESTful APIs and Event-Driven Microservices in Microsoft Azure, as well as building web front-ends for customer interactions.
The project you’ll be working on in the department is a key component in the clear aligner order flow having services running in 3 regions around the world as well as flexible front-end and front-end components.
We are looking for a back-end developer, and it is an advantage but not a requirement if you have knowledge with cloud development or front-end development using some of the technologies mentioned below. We prefer good developers who are willing to learn and grow as part of the job.
We develop our services and API’s in C# running in the Microsoft Azure cloud: C# 8.0, .Net Core 5, Azure, Azure DevOps, Docker / Kubernetes, AKS, Git, Typescript, Gherkin, Angular 10, Pulumi, Helm, Azure services like Key Vaults, Azure Functions, Application Insights, etc.
Your qualification
You are a solid software developer. You love agile processes and are self-driven as well as comfortable working in an organization where the product and resources are centered around the project team.
Quality is key and therefore delivering quality code while making stable and performing cloud solutions is your motivator.
We expect you to have:
- An educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
- Experience with C#/.NET
- A general interest in technologies and, on a high level, follow the technology scene
- A team player mentality
- Fluent English, written and spoken, and you are comfortable with it as a working language
It is considered an advantage if you have:
- Knowledge about cloud service providers like Microsoft Azure
- DevOps mindset and interest in applying Infrastructure-as-Code in cloud solutions
- Experience with Docker or Kubernetes
- Experience working with full stack services
