Play Software is part of the Play Engineering organization – the team responsible for delivering seamlessly integrated hardware and software play experiences.
We are building technology and applications enabling amazing play experiences and our work ranges from interfacing with embedded devices over augmented reality, sensor systems and game experiences to large scale Cloud systems for e.g., machine learning and data analytics.
In this role you will be a key member of the Play Software leadership team. You will use your strong technical background to set direction for your people while building a strong, distributed organization. As part of the leadership team, you’ll partake in defining the strategic direction for Play Software and the daily management and coaching of your team of software engineers to ensure that the LEGO Group stays at the forefront of technology for play.
We work with an agile mentality and, through curiosity, experiments and play, seek to develop true LEGO experiences bridging physical and digital experiences to create joy and ever-lasting memories for kids and adults alike.
