Oradian is looking for a competent leader to continue Oradian’s growth and success in its respective markets. This firstly involves profund understanding of the Oradian way, how to communicate to a spectrum of audiences across our markets, defining and implementing our strategy. The Head of Brand and Communications will continually strengthen the company’s brand and market presence.
Some of the Head of Brand and Communications’ responsibilities are leading a team of communication specialists, developing strategies and building on the established brand, allocating resources management on multiple projects running parallelly and reaching short-term objectives. You will design, implement and monitor effective communication strategies that align with our business goals. Plus, you must inspire your team and demonstrate success.
The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with an ability to balance pragmatic mindset with creativity, and the interpersonal skills to work with all departments of our business. It is essential to be proficient in both verbal and written English and to have presentation skills to convey and deliver the set objectives with creativity and enthusiasm.
At this stage of the Oradian journey, the role of Head of Brand and Communications will report directly to the CEO and will work with all areas of the business.
