What are you going to do?
Here is some insight into what you can expect while working as an RPO recruiter on a daily basis.
As part of our Keen crew, you get to collaborate internally with some of the coolest tech scale-ups in Europe and help them build their teams. To give you a taste of our amazing clients, we are collaborating with Mollie, Just Eat Takeaway, Backbase, Deliverect, OLX, and Miro to name a few.
RPO is unique in the way it offers opportunity & responsibility that you would not get from a traditional internal/external role. You will act not only as an embedded recruiter, but see the role as an interval advisor.
What does the life of an RPO look like?
First weeks are onboarding and getting exposed to everything (processes, meeting team members, catch-ups, stakeholders, ATS,..). After you become more familiar with the role & the processes, you can dive deeper into your role.
You build relations and communicate with my Hiring Ms, start sourcing, trying to fit in with the company culture, scheduling, managing your own time.
We like to do things differently. At Keen we make sure that you go on projects where you can improve and showcase your skills. Therefore you also get a say in where you will work and, as an embedded recruiter you get to focus building quality relationships with stakeholders as well as candidates with one project at a time.
Our Team
We are a fun and & dedicated group of recruiters with over 13 nationalities: Greek, Canadian, Ukrainian, Lithuanian, French and Italian.. We got it all. Everyone helps each other out, and we welcome sharing tips and bouncing ideas off each other. You will always have someone to hear you out and support you. To make sure we really get to know each other and have fun together, we also arrange many fun team activities and a shared workation. Growth is important
Junior Recruiters start more with sourcing and interviewing and slowly expand into all areas. Medior and Senior Recruiters take the lead on projects and are in charge of handling the whole process end to end with creating the recruitment strategy. Therefore you have more focus on the stakeholder and project management side, with the possibility of coaching.
