Position

As the Principal Test Automation Engineer, you’ll be working with some of the industry’s brightest minds to define and design the vehicle quality assurance plan. Basically, you’ll make sure that the infotainment system works accordingly.

  • Hands-on capability and Technical leadership of test automation framework tools and scripts development and for all IoV test purpose
  • Lead internal tool development to improve test team operation efficiency
  • Implementation of needed test environment simulation
  • Collaborate with other test teams to lock down test automation requirements
  • Collaborate with Test Architecture to create test automation roadmap
  • Collaborate with SW development teams to keep improving automation technology and coding techniques
  • Push test automation deployment into each test practice
  • Work with other stakeholders to ensure platform and product quality
  • Mature and keep growing up test automation team on expertise and productivity

Your qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or above 
  • 5+ years of experience in test automation development
  • Proven knowledge + expertise + passion for electrical vehicle
  • Proven expertise with software test and development
  • Android based test automation development experience
  • Expertise in Java, Python, and other scripting language
  • 3+ years of wide-ranging experience with leading teams and motivating teams
  • Creative curiosity + hardworking enthusiasm + driving personal vision
  • Excellent communication + teamwork skills
  • Affinity for multi-tasking + self-starting
  • Commitment to global change
  • True sense of determination + (hopefully) a sense of humor
