You help drive the Problem and Solutions fit phases of the innovation initiative, working according to ING PACE innovation methodology. You contribute to the final deliverables, such as validated customer assumptions, business model and high level business case, the MVP prototype, and the plan to execute the develop the MVP further to a product.
As Customer lead, you are the owner of the customer journey and user experience; you work with the product team and run workshop / interviews with the customers to create the MVP design
You are a team player, comfortable working in an ever changing environment, with different nationalities and disciplines. You have a proven ability in innovation, product management, [digital] marketing, consulting or business development. You have added value through your work in established financial, technology or payment companies. You strive to always vision the future of customer experience in every project you have worked on and aim to validate this vision through multiple techniques.
