Position

  • Coordinate software releases from multiple agile development teams
  • Interfacing with our Quality Assurance and Project Management
  • Maintain inventory of third party electronic bicycle components (motor, batteries, actuators, etc.)
  • Accept and maintain list of third party provided software artefacts and their platform compatibility
  • Make sure new software releases are transitioning smoothly into our production in Hongkong (Engineering Change Notifications)
  • Documentation of released versions, variants, their differences and their component interdependencies
  • Be our single point of contact for releases in the direction of suppliers, partner and customers
  • Maintenance of automated build infrastructure (Bamboo / Jenkins)
  • Deployment and archival of build artefacts
  • Participation in the continuous improvement of the release processes

Your qualification

  • At least 3 years’ professional experience as a developer in an industry context
  • University degree in Computer Science or other relevant subjects
  • Experience with several of the following technologies: Bamboo, Jenkins, git, CMake, Python, JIRA
  • Structured, systematic method of working
  • Interest, initiative and readiness to be introduced to new focus areas
  • Experience with processes and tools from agile software development
  • Fluent spoken and written English (this is the team’s lingua franca)
  • Active involvement in the Open Source Community is also desirable
